ENDEAVOR JORDAN ANNOUNCES NADIA AL SAEED AS CHAIRWOMAN & MAHER KADDOURA AS VICE CHAIR

Amman, February 2, 2021 – Endeavor Jordan’s board of directors has elected Nadia Al Saeed as its Chairwoman and Maher Kaddoura as Vice Chair for the coming 2 years. Both appointments have served previously as Endeavor Jordan vice-chairs. The appointment came after the 3-year tenure of Chairman Walid Tahabsem came to an end in December 2020, where Al Saeed served as Vice Chair.

Endeavor Managing Director, Reem Goussous, said “We will forever be grateful for the invaluable guidance and support Walid has extended to the Endeavor Jordan team. During his tenure as chairman, we succeeded in launching two flagship programs, BeyondCapital and SURGE, allowing us to cast a much wider net of support. Endeavor Jordan’s board of directors includes key business leaders and entrepreneurs who are actively involved in supporting the organization’s efforts to advance the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Nadia Al Saeed has been Bank al Etihad’s CEO since 2007 and is a former Minister of Information and Communications Technology. Al Saeed was acknowledged by Forbes Middle East on multiple occasions as one of the Most Powerful Arab Businesswomen. Maher Kaddoura is a management consultant, serial entrepreneur, angel investor, social change maker, public speaker and adventurer, who has established a multitude of social initiatives empowering the youth.
