It is committed to the continued revival and enhancement of the Jordanian economy
in light of the Covid pandemic, with a particular focus on the tourism and hospitality
sectors which have been severely impacted.
In partnership with Endeavor, the Landmark Amman, is launching 'Landmark 2.0',
an innovation hub that aims to forge value-driven long-lasting partnerships with
Jordanian startups, established companies and entrepreneurial individuals who can
disrupt and leverage the hotel’s ‘Local, Authentic, Sustainable, and Inclusive’ experience.
This in turn will have lasting positive effects on the tourism sector at large and on
job creation and innovation in this field.

Entrepreneurs have indicated that their biggest challenge is reaching potential customers and being able to test their products and services. Selected participants will be presented with an actual business opportunity; they will be able to test their products within the Landmark Hotel and to access the Landmark’s network of partners and customers.
Access to facilities & equipment
Selected participants will be able to utilize the required hotel assets to scale up and grow their product or service offering. What the hotel does not have on-site can be sourced from their network of partners and providers.
Access to capital
This will also be sourced and provided on a flexible basis and in order to enable project implementation within clear business objectives.
Selected participants will receive one-to-one coaching to tackle major business challenges relating to finance, HR, business development, rules and regulations and even their own wellbeing and growth mindset.
Local b2b matching
Endeavor is a major player in the entrepreneurial sphere. Selected participants will be connected with and introduced to other businesses in the ecosystem through matching and networking.
Selected participants will be matched with a mentor and provided with tailored and curated support, based on their needs. The impact of mentorship will be tracked and constantly reviewed.
When required, a suitable Advisory Board will be put together to provide guidance and support to the selected participants in order to achieve certain strategic milestones, and to address key pain points in their growth journey.
This will be verified using an online Application Form; potential applicants will have a chance to review the program details and can contact the organizers with any queries;
Will be conducted by a joint Landmark Amman/ Endeavor team in order to select applicants who will proceed to the panel interviews; this will follow a standardized scoring format and will target diversity and inclusiveness;
An in-depth assessment will take place to produce an even shorter list of high potential projects; this stage will include the Landmark Elevator Pitch, for those willing and able to reach the heights of business and impact success.
Will be conducted by a select panel of business and entrepreneurship leaders; the selected applicants will be announced in a public event at the Landmark Amman and it is envisaged that program induction will commence;
Possess a vision for an innovative idea or initiative that can impact the hospitality sector
Able to dedicate time and effort in pursuit of this project
Having the drive and/or track-record of execution and self-development
High ethical standards and sense of social responsibility
No minimum or maximum company turnover, team size and duration of incorporation
